CROSSFIT

In our CrossFit classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve elite fitness. This is the only program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

All of these principles are applied to a small group class where training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our CrossFit classes are all about team spirit and motivation. Whether you consider yourself a competitive CrossFitter or not, seeing others around you perform will instinctively push you to be your very best. Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. Miss a workout? It probably won’t go unnoticed. Chances are, you’ll get texts and Facebook messages from your buddies asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or have a tendency to fall off of the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that is based around movements that are highly functional, yet easy to learn. In Bootcamp, we take away the barbell and heavy weights and focus on body weight movements and short and long distance endurance with some dumbbell and kettlebell work mixed in. The class will include a warmup, some skill work, and a high intensity workout. There is proper movement based coaching throughout the class. This class is great for clients of all fitness levels.

KETTLEBELL

All the amazing high intensity class atmosphere but centred around the use of a Kettlebell.  The kettlebell is a very useful and function full body strengthening and conditioning tool. These classes are structured with a warm-up, kettlebell strength/skill, and finish with a high intensity workout involving kettlebell, gymnastics and cardio.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Olympic Weightlifting program is based around learning proper movement patterns. Our goal is to continually reinforce good body awareness and help people understand the key components to becoming a good weightlifter. We constantly break down form and often use video analysis to provide better feedback for each athlete in the class. Finally, we issue people extra accessory work based on their weaknesses within the lift.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).

Since Late 2004 CrossFit Kids has been Forging The Future Of Fitness and is currently in over 400 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan and Panama. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes. With a network of over 2000 CrossFit Kids Trainers, CrossFit Kids is being implemented in preschools to high schools with before-and-after school programs and integration into Physical Education curriculum. CrossFitKids.com contains thousands of archived workouts, video demonstrations and informative articles that provide interested parents or teachers with a foundation for understanding how the CrossFit Kids program can be implemented at home or at school.

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN

This newer, option is for a truly individualized journey.  After an initial consult with your coach, your coach will create a program specific to your needs and goals.  Whether it’s getting super fit for your wedding, running a marathon, climbing a mountain or competitive powerlifting, this program is likely for you.  It’s also for the individual coming back from an injury or surgery, wanting additional workout outside of CrossFit classes, someone working odd shift where attending a class is nearly impossible or someone simply wanting to work on specific weaknesses for a few months.  There is constant correspondence between coach and athlete through Facebook, text and email. Video footage is a lot a key ingredient here as you are not working directly with a coach each session.

PERSONAL TRAINING

While our Group Coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.

Personal Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Your coach will guide you through each session.Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:

  • Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
  • Strength and conditioning exercises are chosen to specifically achieve your goal
  • Post-workout recovery techniques
  • Health, wellness, and lifestyle support
