Partners will alternate rounds: However before every round you go you must buy-in with 250/200m row OR .3 mile Bike 

You must do a minimum of 2 rounds on the bike 

 

On 3,2,1 go P1 will either row or bike and then proceed to the barbell.  Once P1 is off the bike or rower P2 can begin on their buy-in.  Once you finish your buy-in each round you can rest until your partner finishes their last GI Jane
